In July 08 Tamar designed for an awareness commercial for Motor Neuron Disease for The Bare Film Company.

An actress and a real sufferer of the disease were used to create what will be a very hard hitting piece of work which will be shown in Cinemas.

This piece is very close to completion and pictures will be posted when aired.

In July 08 Tamar designed the costumes for a short film called Baghdad Express

It was chosen to be screened at the The Times BFI 52nd LONDON FILM FESTIVAL on 27th October 08. and at the London Short Film Festival on the 15th Jan 09. Written and Directed by Nimer Rashed, Produced by Georgie Weedon and Original Music Score by Anna Rice.

The film tells the story of Maya, a teenager who works in her Father’s Arabic Cafe on the Edgware Road. She applies to a London fashion school to pursue her ambition to be a fashion designer and is forced to decide between her family and her dream. Above Right.

Tamar also completed a commercial for Glade with the Bare Films. Aug 08. Directed by Betsan Morris Evans. (Being shown on TV a lot at the mo). Right.

In Oct 08 Tamar designed costumes for a Short Film called Responsibility Virgin. Written and directed by Barney Cokeliss for Joy at RSA. The story follows Joe as he turns 30 and realises that it’s time to become a responsible person! Right.

At the end of last year Tamar designed costumes for a Feature Film called The Sea Change.
